Recreational Acro/Tumbling Classes
What ages do you accept for your acro/tumble recreation classes?
I accept children aged 2–12 for recreational classes.
What skill level is required for my child to join the program?
The program is open to all skill levels, from beginners to intermediate participants. Lessons are tailored to suit each child's abilities.
What should my child wear to class?
Comfortable, form-fitting clothing such as leotards, leggings, or athletic shorts and a fitted T-shirt. Bare feet are required for safety during class.
How long are the classes?
Parent-N-Tot classes: 30 minutes.
Other recreational classes: Typically run for 55 minutes.
All classes are held in 6-week sessions.
What is the class size?
Class sizes are limited to 6–8 students, depending on the class.
Do you offer trial classes?
I do not offer trial classes. However, you're welcome to stop in and watch a class from the hallway to see if the program is a good fit for your child!
What safety measures do you have in place during classes?
Safety is my top priority. I’m trained in proper spotting techniques, and the facility is equipped with appropriate safety mats and equipment.
What experience do you have?
I have over 15 years of experience coaching acro, tumbling, and working with children of all ages and skill levels. I’m also certified in CPR and First Aid.
Private Sessions
What ages do you accept for private sessions?
I work with athletes ages 5 and up for private sessions, with exceptions for younger children who have prior gymnastics, dance, or recreational experience.
What should my child bring to their private session?
Your child should bring a notebook to jot down drills, goals, and progress. This helps keep them accountable and track their improvement over time.
What is the focus of private sessions?
Private sessions are tailored to your child’s specific goals, such as mastering a skill (e.g., back walkover or aerial) or building strength and flexibility.
How long are private sessions?
Private sessions typically last 45 minutes.
Can parents watch private sessions?
Parents are welcome to observe from the hallway, but I ask that distractions be kept to a minimum to ensure the athlete can focus.
Do you offer packages for private sessions?

What if we need to reschedule?
Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice cannot be refunded.
Adult Drop-In Classes: "Splits and Spins"
What is the focus of the adult drop-in class?
"Splits and Spins" is a fun, beginner-friendly class designed to improve flexibility and introduce basic Lyra hoop and tumbling skills in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.
Who can join the class?
Adults of all fitness levels are welcome—no prior experience is necessary!
What should I wear to the class?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothing. Bare feet or grip socks are recommended.
How often is the class held?
This class runs on the last Thursday of every month.
Do I need to register in advance?
Yes, I recommend registering in advance to secure your spot. Drop-ins are subject to availability.
