Join THIS women-only Splits & Spins class for a fun way to build strength, flexibility, and balance! Open to all skill levels, this class runs once a month and focuses on splits, handstands, and beginner-friendly hoop skills.

Summer 2025 & FORWARD: Moves to LAST Friday of the month at 7:00 PM
